| 1:33.3 | interview every prospective faculty member who's hired on this campus? |
| 1:39.3 | And that requires over 150 interviews each year. |
| 1:43.3 | This is a tremendous investment by the leadership of |
| 1:46.8 | this university and shows their commitment to finding the most qualified people to teach the |
| 1:52.9 | students on this campus. We commend your faculty who model teaching is both intellectually |
| 2:00.3 | enlarging and spiritually strengthening. |
