Bible. And on today's edition of the word for today, Pastor Chuck continues with the concept

of God as we pick up in Matthew chapter 12 verse 41 and now with

today's message here's pastor Chuck. In this short little answer of Jesus to the Pharisees, he affirms three biblical facts that are often denied by those who refer to themselves as higher critics, those who have presumed

to have the authority to tell you what parts of the Bible you can believe and what parts you cannot believe.

What parts are genuine, which parts are spurious.

Which parts are inspired, which parts are uninspired are uninspired which are truth and which is myth

and one of the stories in the Bible that has received some of the greatest

criticism by these higher critics is the story of Jonah.

But as I've said, the only problem that a person has with Jonah is not the fact that Jonah

was swallowed by a great fish but

their problem is deeper than that their problem is their concept of God. If you

have a right concept of God you'll have no problem with the story of Jonah. Even if it's

said God prepared a minute to swallow him, rather than a great fish.
