The biggest cause of lost productivity at work is not sort of lack of willingness or anything

like that, it's actually the opportunity. In other words, my team could have done more or indeed

have tried to do it too much.

There's just an ever-rising expectation of doing more, you know, better, quicker, higher standard quality, more responsiveness and ultimately for much lower cost. So in that mix,

it's quite a challenging environment.

The biggest cause of stress at work is uncertainty, and there's so much bad management.

I mean, that's a terrible phrase, but our kind of mission to people don't need to be,
