Welcome to the sports motivation podcast. This is your host, Niyoobo. I have a very special, special treat for you all, a tool that I believe most of you, if not all of you, are going to use very often. So I like you, train in the gym. So I'm no longer a professional athlete, but one of the challenges of mine is to really get back into that state of

athlete. So I got a son who's 15. He is a great athlete. He's a wrestler. I got another son who's

My youngest son, Toneshi, he's five, and he's already, I mean, these dudes is coming after me, man.

So I'm in the gym, of course, trying to set the tone with him, running hills, one of them, running on the track with him.

Of course, showing him how to do it, but also just for myself, really engaging

that beast within, building muscle, building speed, looking to overcome that aging process.

Like as you start to get older, things start to like break down a little bit. I mean, I haven't

started breaking down, but at least this is what I hear. So I got to make sure I stay ahead of the game. So if you're an athlete, then obviously

you're in the gym as well. And you're in the gym daily. And when you're in the gym or when

you're embarked on any sort of physical journey like that, there's a lot of emotions that come,

a lot of emotions. Like some days you'll feel very motivated

some days you'll feel very like shit man this shit is like let me hurry up and get this over with

some days you'll you'll literally like question whether or not your plan is working some days

you'll feel so good about how things have been going that you start to take it easy some

days you convince yourself to take a break some days you actually push a little too hard because you're almost gripping

and out of desperation. So there's all sorts of emotions and that's the beauty of sports as well as

pushing your body in a physical way in terms of training and working out and things like that.

And that's why I created the SSV series. All right. So
