Well, it's the holiday season, boss, and I think there's perhaps nothing that says Christmas

to a vintage wrestling fan more than VHS Under the Tree featuring some of our favorite Rapplers DVDs later on.

I mean, it's, well, no, no, forget DVDs.

It's all about the VHS.

That was, that was where it was warm and fuzzy.

You, you know, I'd get a box.

I'd get like a, uh, a clothes, I think it was clothes, you know, I think it was a clothes box, but then I'd open

it up and there would be these, these tapes, these wrestling tapes, and it would just, it melt my

heart as a kid. And not just WWF tapes. I mean, there were so much on the market as they

expanded with Coliseum Video in the 80s and so many other companies,

what were bringing forth an unearthing footage that we have never seen from people that we had just become acquainted with on national TV through Vince McMahon, but they had

histories and all these territories. And we've long been indebted to the folks that have

compiled that footage that released it commercially and gave us a flavor of,

you know, Randy Savage in Memphis, Hulk Hogan and Alabama, as we've been talking about

on the complete Hulk Hogan. And, you know, we got to the point as we charted Hulk's life

and times upon his passing this year that we just couldn't figure out why we can see this arm

wrestling match that Hulk Hogan had with Under the Giant. Right. Right. In 1979 in Alabama. How did this surface? Because it's well known that almost nothing from that territory survived, particularly Masters. Yet here's this pristine version of this all over YouTube. And so we did some digging.
