I would like to start our conversation today by asking you a question, which is, have you

ever left a Yelp review on anything?

I've left like three Yelp reviews in my life, and I think they were mostly positive.

I'd have to go actually look and be like, what did I say?

I think I was like, oh, this was good.

Do you leave reviews on things?

Are you like a reviewer?

I, similarly, I leave good reviews of things that I like, but I have like a backlog file

cabinet in my mind of bad reviews that I wish I would leave, but I know that I won't.

So currently, I'm like working on in my mind again, this extended review of the management

company that owns the apartment that we just moved out of.

One of those like enormous live-corp, huge conglomerate, international companies that owns

like a million buildings, and as we moved out, there were just like charge upon charge

upon charge, like cleaning the light switch charge, carpet replacement charge, like just

stacking up.

Right.

And they know that you're like on your way out, and so you're just like, they know that

you're going to be like, oh, my God, I hate this, but like, when am I really going to
