It's been said that comparison is the thief of joy and it couldn't be more true. Social media has made it easier than ever to gaze at the highlight reels that others post and cause us to compare ourselves constantly to them.

However, comparison isn't always bad. When we use it as a form of inspiration, it can be joyous. The issue is when we compare for the sake of self-judgement.
