I've been having many discussions with my team and top experts, and we're very close to completing

a plan to open our country, hopefully even ahead of schedule.

I'm going to put it very simply. The President of the United States has the authority to do

what the President has the authority do, which is very powerful.

The president of the United States calls the shots.

But I'm going to surround myself with the greatest minds, including the business of

politics and reason, and we're going to make a decision, and hopefully it's going to be the right

decision.
