Yeah, in the postseason, we gave up 30 points per game,

and then we gave up 25 points per game in the regular season.

Yeah.

Well, I mean, 55 of those points came a year ago to the day.

One year ago today was the NFC championship game.

And I still maintain the game was closer than the final score indicated.

and it's interesting. This about Duran Payne. Remember, Duran Payne's salary cap hit next year is $28-plus million.

I've maintained, for the better part of the second half of the

season that I don't think Duran Payne's coming back, even on a restructured deal that could lower

the cap hit. I think Duran Payne's play, and most of you know this, I've been the biggest Duran fan since they drafted him.

I think it's just way too up and down, and that's what his whole career's been, with the

exception of 22, the contract year, in which he had his best season.

But there are too many games where he is non-existent and then other games in which he is

present and accounted for. But this was Ben. He wrote this this morning. At least for now,

the commanders appear inclined to make the bet that keeping Duran Payne makes the most sense.
