Today we're going to talk about, you know, I'm calling it the coming underground meat industry.

Or, you know, I don't really know that that's actually the best terminology for it because coming indicates that we're not already in a place where this exists.

And it already does exist.

When I say coming, I mean that this is going to become more and more and more of the thing and more and more people are going to participate in it.

And what I want to talk about out of the gate here before we talk about our sponsors for

today is that this show is not only for people who want to go out and be a, let's say,

producer on this side to grow chickens or quail or something else like that.

This is for everybody in this audience because I believe that

everybody in this audience is affected by the things that we're going to talk about today.

I'm not going to really get into how to do this from a standpoint of here's how to take care

of chickens, race chickens, make meat chickens, processed chickens and sell chickens. I want to talk

about this more from the macro into what's driving it.

What is making people go into the gray or even in some cases of black market to buy food

when, you know, there's a grocery store probably not far from most people.

Yeah.

I want to talk about the correlation between what's going on today, though, in the meat industry and what our grandparents or great-grandparents went through during Prohibition.

And the lessons we can learn from what they did is black marketeers, both as consumers and on the production side back in those 10 years of total lunacy and stupidity in this country.
