What's the difference between man-made religion and the true salvation God offers?

They said, let us build us a city and a tower whose talk may reach unto heaven.

What they're saying is this.

We're going to start here and we're going to build toward heaven.

Now, that is completely contradictory to all that God does.

What is the difference between man-made religion, New Age religion, humanism, and the true

salvation that comes from God? Man tries to build from earth to heaven. True salvation reaches

down from heaven to man. You don't have to look long at the world to see how humanity

has substituted its own wit for God's wisdom.

New Age philosophies teach about finding power within so we can do without God's power.

It's heartbreaking that many believe lies instead of the truth God is revealed,

and it shows how similar we are today to those who lived at the time of the

construction of the Tower of Babel. It holds stark warnings for encouragement for the follower
