doing? You look like you got some sun. Yeah, I know, I look like a Christmas tree. I just

got back to Florida, you know, and so, no, I'm not moving there, but we had a chance to spend some time in Marco Island and Miami.

And it was really enjoyable.

I can see why people like living down there.

Marco Island, that's Shell Beach, right?

Lisa talks about that place all the time.

Yeah, yeah.

So you get right on the shore, you can pick up shells, and then

there's islands on either side of Marco Island that are uninhabited. You can get a boat. You can

actually kayak to some of them. Oh, yeah. And you go up on the shore and, uh, and just pick up

up shells to your, to your heart's content. You know, you actually have to wear shoes on the beach because there's some of the broken shells. I think you're familiar at with kind of the area you live, too,

that this isn't like this isn't the fluffy champagne sand that you're used to on the East Coast of California.

It's very, very, very rough with all the shells.

So we've got a lot to talk about. We just had kind of a super Tuesday yesterday,

a bunch of elections. We had some wins and some losses, the situation with Elon Musk and

Twitter. And of course, we've got to talk about the stock market. So before we get into all
