Our guest today is Van Jensen, who is the writer of the upcoming Dynamite Comics

Ian Fleming adaptation of Live and Let Die. Van also wrote the Casino Royale adaptation, which was released last year.

It was great to sit down and talk to him about the process that went into adapting these two Ian Fleming novels.

Van also talks about some of the creative choices he had to make in order to tell these Fleming stories within the comics medium.

He also describes the interactions he had with Ian Fleming

publications and some of the resulting creative decisions that stem from those conversations.

And I always find that stuff really interesting and fascinating. So it's great to see how all of

this came together.

The Live and Let Die adaptation from Dynamite Comics will be released on December 17th of this year.

So that'll be right in time for the holiday season.

It's an incredible retelling of the E.M. Fleming novel. It brings a whole new perspective to the way you experience that story. And I'm looking forward to a similar experience reading Live and Let Die when that comes out later.
