Summary
This week, Kat is talking about something that she has become more acutely aware of in the recent years-- her age. The process of growing up and "getting old" can be a weird one- and feel like a sudden one. In this episode, Kat takes listeners through the journey she has found herself on as she realizes that millennials are no longer the future and also no longer the problem child of a generation. We hope this conversation can serve as a fun and interesting listen that maybe doesn't teach you anything new but validates something you might be going through as well. After all, things just tend to feel better when we do them together.
