And I think the question is how do you get rid of it and certainly one of the ways mentioned by a few in the industry is have a draft and

S.I.S. Pat 40!

If we could draft our employees, we wouldn't have to have the waterfall and the lazy river and

the 19 people on the recruiting staff and all the other things that go along into

building up weaponized athletic department.
