I think just digging deep into the Word of God has been so powerful.

Last week in chapter six, it's kind of a great victorious chapter of Joshua.

The walls did, in fact fact come down in Jericho.

In chapter 6, verse 20, we read about it. It says, when the trumpets sounded, the army shouted

and at the sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed. So everyone charged straight in,

and they took the city. And that chapter, chapter six, ends with this incredible verse,

verse 27. So the Lord was with Joshua in his fame spread throughout the land. Now we're going to read, turn to our

text in chapter 7. It's a heavy chapter. It's a Hens chapter. It marks a very significant

point in time in the book of Joshua for the people of God. And honestly, the lessons will

learn from it today mark a very significant turning point in our own lives. And so I just

invite you as we read this, we're going to read the whole chapter, chapter seven, let's open up

our hearts and ask that the Lord would teach us here we go chapter

seven verse one do you have it okay 14 of us do you have it okay great we gave you a printout

with it in there a couple weeks ago so hopefully you you have it. Verse one, but the Israelites were
