I'd like it to be called CPT.

Because that would be appropriate.

CPT is colored people's time for those of you all who don't know.

It's so late.

But it's called Co-Switch.

And it's about time.

And I know a lot of people on Twitter have been asking for this forever

and they're like,

what's the stuff we're going to be talking about on this podcast?

For example, what does Co-Switch even mean?

Okay, so Co-Switching is this idea of authenticity, right?

So speaking with a voice that is true to you, that's real for you.

But it gets complicated when you have to navigate between different worlds in different contexts.

Right.

So Co-Switching is basically talk like you talk with your people

and talk a different way when, you know, those are not your peeps.
