I just had one of those days where you wake up and you feel like talking about this stuff.

Sometimes the thing we talk about a lot in our lives,

like not necessarily on a podcast, but we do just to kind of maintain our sanity.

If we can't look out at this stuff and understand it and still go on,

then we get kind of in our heads with it.

And so I think talking about it's good, isn't it?

It's like talking about the weather in a way.

I don't mean like small talk.

I mean a lot of this stuff.

There's not a lot you can do about it.

But by talking about it and understanding it,

you're able to build your life with an understanding,

hey, this storm might come.
