number two, that they have a means to take care of themselves. And I'm a bigger believer

in merit-based immigration. If there's a particular field of endeavor that we have a special

need, engineers, computer programmers, whatever happens to be that, that they get to the

top of the list. And maybe it's people working on farms and laborers, whatever happens to

me, we don't care. We just want to make sure that you want to be a part of our family. We

don't care where you come from, but we've got to vet you. That's this basic, simple,

common sense. And we don't have room for the entire world's population. That's another
