In his dark suit, white shirt and red pattern tie, President Bill Clinton, flanked by his Vice President

Al Gore and his wife Hillary, delivers his finger-wagging

denial to cameras in a Roosevelt room full of supporters, then turns on his heels and exits the door.

When we say Clinton's scandal, of course this is the one that springs to mind, the alleged

relations, the denial, then the apology, impeachment, and acquittal have all left Clinton's name and presidency forever

entwined with Monica Lewinsky.

But fact is, the Clinton scandals didn't start or end with sexual proclivities.

Theirs was an administration that saw scandal

spotlighted at the White House front and center

in ways previous presidencies,

or for that matter the American people, had never experienced before.
