| 1:22.0 | As you blow that breath out slowly through your mouth, drop your shoulders and let your arms and hands go limp by your side. |
| 1:29.0 | Now take another deep breath, as deeply as you can, and this time try and slow your breath |

| 1:37.1 | And then release. |
| 1:41.3 | Continue for three more deep, slow breaths. |
| 1:44.0 | Breathing as deeply and steadily as you can. You're going to. Now shake your arms and hands, your shoulders and move on. |
