We started off in the first hour talking a lot about the situation going on right now

where Donald Trump has finally filed a lawsuit.

If you're just maybe tuning in for the first time, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, all under siege as President Donald Trump now

filing a class action lawsuit alleging that those tech companies, which he has filed by the way

in South Florida, are violating his rights, violating their own rules, class action lawsuit, taking

aim at big tech censorship.

I believe that this case or a case, a part of this case, will eventually work its way all the way to the Supreme Court.

Because I believe ultimately Donald Trump being pulled off of these tech platforms is a major issue that is going to have to be addressed in some form or fashion in this country.

I think it is the battle that Donald Trump, frankly, was made to fight.

And I think he's ultimately going to end up winning it, although it may take several years.

And Buck, as you pointed out, there's actually a little bit of precedent here because there

have been lawsuits about whether or not Trump could block anybody on social media from his

Twitter accounts.

That was ruled no.
