And in the meantime, while everyone's getting all settled in and honky dory, I'll present to

you the weather for this week and the one

and done projected ownership for this week. The weather looks wet. Don't look great.

Tell you that. So an inch of rain and thunder showers projected, forecasted for Thursday,

isolated thunderstorms for Friday, although not much rain in the forecast, a half an inch of rain with scattered thunderstorms on Saturday and

another half of inch of rain of thunderstorms on Sunday, plus a little bonus, scattered thunderstorms

on Monday.

Oh, boy.

So I guess the good news is that this is, you know, the spring in Texas and these,

none of this could come to fruition or it could be worse than this.

Scattered thunderstorms are just that.

They are, they are scattered. So what do we do?

Looking at the wind, so again, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, it is all of Thursday is

basically eight to 14 miles an hour. Friday looks a little bit calmer. Saturday and Sunday don't

look so bad. Sunday afternoon looks worse.

For our purposes, though, this is going to be hard to find a specific wave that could

have an advantage.
