And I'm joined today by childhood friend of mine, Colby Hall, who is a lifelong Cincinnati

Bengals fan.

And he's here today to talk to us about the Bengals unlikely and in some ways unbelievable

ascent to the Super Bowl coming up here this weekend, the Cincinnati Bengals first Super

Bowl appearance in 33 years. 1988 was the last time the Bengals went to the Super Bowl

against the 49ers.

Who did you, John?

Colby and I just get a little bit of background here.

I grew up with Colby in Alaska.

Okay, we're both from South Central Alaska.

I wasn't born there.

Colby, were you born in Alaska?

That was born in Montana.

I was born in Georgia, but we grew up in Alaska from the time we were small children.

Colby has been a friend of my family for many, many years.

And Colby, the reason I want to talk to you and have you on the show to talk about the

Super Bowl and the Bengals is that you have been a Bengals fanatic the entire time I've

known you.
