James, the focus today is going to be Katie Blackburn, the executive vice president of the Cincinnati Bengals, who has taken her father's place as the team's representative, apparently, at the annual NFL meetings.

She's on the competition committee.

She's on several committees.

Has drawn praise from other committee members

in the form of feature articles on bengals.com and tweets and more. And we're going to talk about,

you know, the one thing she voted against, as the Bengals often do, voting against rule changes.

We'll talk about that a little bit later in the show. But the highlight, James,

is an indoor practice facility, I assume, is concretely in the plans at this point for Katie Blackburn to talk about it. Because it sounds like there's a few things they have in the works.
