| 0:08.0 | While each year the Colson Fellows program equips a group of Christians from various places, |
| 0:13.8 | callings, ages to think and live with a kind of clarity, confidence, and courage that |

| 0:20.6 | The goal of the program, as Chuck Colson originally imagined it was to see Christians |
| 0:25.3 | from all walks of life embrace the full implications of the gospel beyond just |
| 0:29.8 | personal salvation to becoming the agents of reconciliation that Christ saved them to be. |
| 0:35.4 | Colson Fellows participate in the program via online or mostly through regional cohorts, |
| 0:40.8 | studying together with a group of like-minded believers that are connected |
| 0:44.2 | by geography. |
| 0:45.2 | However, many fellows are now participating with other members of their own churches. |
| 0:50.8 | That's because of the Church affiliate option of the Colson Fellows program. |
| 0:55.0 | Right now, at least 88 churches around the country offer the Colson Fellows program in-house. |
| 1:00.0 | And I say at least because new churches seem to be signing up all the time. |
| 1:04.3 | This past year over 600 Colson fellows were mentored by church affiliates with leaders |
| 1:10.7 | and their own local churches. One of these churches is Walnut Street Baptist Church from Jonesboro, Arkansas. |

| 1:24.7 | that his congregation and many like it were grappling with, things like racial tensions and |
