Good morning, my friends.

Good afternoon, good evening, whatever time you're listening,

welcome to the morning mindset.

I'm glad you were here.

I am about to make a lot of you very angry. I'm just going to warn you right up front.

I'm not going to do it in an angry sort of way where I'm trying to make you angry.

But I know what's going to happen for some people because the passage

of scripture we're going to address today says some things some of you are not going to like.

I'm just going to tell you right off the top.

That's going to happen today for some who are listening. And you know we all come to the

scripture and we say as believers in Christ we say say, no, I'm submitted to the scripture, I love the

word of God, etc.

You know, that is true, that genuinely is true in our hearts.

But there are some places in scripture where the topics that are discussed are discussed in a way that makes us uncomfortable

It pushes against cultural

stereotypes we have in our head. It pushes against the way we were raised. And when it's doing all

those things, what it's really doing is it's pushing on our comfort zone. And it's making

us uncomfortable and we don't like that.

In today's passage is one of those.
