And greetings. Happy Tuesday to all of you. Steve Days here. I am on location in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona.

Got an opportunity to take a nice walk this morning, man. Saw the sun kind of, man, it's overcast,

but it's nice out. Saw the mountains, saw green grass, saw flowers. It's amazing what that does

for the disposition, even though we are in spring back there in the Midwest, but it's going to be a minute

before we see all those signs of life again. So absolutely bleed my spirits to get out this

morning and walk around and see a bunch of that. And it always lifts my spirits as well

to see toddlers and an air and Mac and Tyre there back there in Des Moines and our posh

studios, gentlemen, how are you? The elements can't hold me down. No, what's nice now back there?

Right? I mean, it was like 60 when I left yesterday. Yeah, no, my son and I went to the park for a good

45 minutes yesterday afternoon to a long walk. A lot of a lot of fun. And we opened up the house

and now it smells. It smells good again. Yes, you get some of that stale winter air out of there.

So it was like 60 back there when we left yesterday. You know, my wife is like, so of course,

we couldn't have gone to Arizona last week when it was still winter and felt like it. And we were

getting six inches of snow. Now it's 60 and we're going to Arizona. But even though it's warmer

back there, you don't get to see the sights back there right now that I am getting to see here. So

that is very cool. For those of you wondering when I'm doing, I've got some stuff to handle later

today on the nefarious front. And then I will be back to what? No, Wednesday, tomorrow we have

an evergreen, which when we plotted this out, we had no idea it was going to turn out to be as

newsworthy as and timely as this evergreen is going to to be we're going to examine in depth.
