This is a very important relationship to major countries, both members of the Security Council.

In 1949, when the Chinese revolution succeeded, Mao Zetong left China for the first and only time in his life to visit Moscow where there were months of discussions between Mao and Stalin. And it wasn't just the two leaders. There was a large entourage of Chinese specialists and political figures who were there talking with the Soviets.

And at the end of that journey, there was the creation of a Soviet-China friendship agreement

and an alliance, and it became sort of a core, a center of politics in the post-World War
