Hello my friend.

Oh my gosh, how funny that this episode is called the

chicken salad recipe that was there all along. Oh boy. So Heath and I, as you probably know, spent the month of April in Paris and it was

wonderful, right? The French are known for their incredible food. of which is of course wonderful and special, but as we came home I was craving nothing more

than just being at home and having some home cooking.

Now I am no Martha Stewart, but I have a couple of go-to

English recipes that I like to cook for myself, one just being Shepherds-Fi.

And there's a few other things I have in the mix, but it's an area where I'm looking to expand and grow and I actually

think it could become a bit of a hobby of mine cooking baking trying new things I've got the

energy for it because hey I love to eat but what was so interesting about coming

home was my husband said to me he's like you know what you used to make this like

chicken salad when we lived in New York and it's true when we first moved to

New York we were on a massive budget so I cooked a lot and there was some chicken salad that I used to make but

I simply kind of couldn't remember it all we knew is that I had

cranberries and goat cheese in it. So anyway because he made a request which he

rarely does I was looking up chicken salad goat cheese cranberry recipes.

And I found this blogger online, this food blogger and I found her recipe and she put it all together very simply

she recommended a specific dressing which I bought and I followed it pretty much to a tea.

And my friends let me tell you my husband is obsessed with this chicken salad.

He thinks I am Martha Stewart.

I have to admit I really like it too and what makes me laugh is when I made it I think for the third time right because I've made it since being back I think for the third time, because I've made it quite a few times now since being back.
