Violent street crime and Mayor Laurie Lightfoot's collapse in the face of it, her inability

to handle it, her endorsement of soft on crime Soros prosecutor Kim Fox as a means of

kissing Bostoni's hand and suing for peace, these are the issues facing Chicago and the

number one issue in the Chicago mayoral campaign is street crime because if you don't feel safe,

if you're constantly worried about becoming a victim with those thousands upon thousands

of emergency 911 calls going unanswered because of lack of police while there's a problem,

the city will die and there's another issue with progressive Chicago media, meaning all

media in the tank for either Lightfoot or Chuig Garcia, another critical issue sticks its

snaky head up and is about to bite with the city of Chicago circling the drain on finances,

crime and schools and with the media broken on the rocks of their own identity politics,

how can the people of Chicago trust with their reading or hearing at this most critical time?

The city is in the balance on the precipice and thousands upon thousands of Chicagoans still want

to stay, but they need credible information to make decisions for themselves and for their

families and that is what brings me to a tweet from the well-respected independent news outlet

CWB Chicago about Lightfoot's commander of the Chicago police first district, David Harris and he

was bolsting about the reduction of crime. CWB called his claims pure fantasy,

his is the district that takes in the loop bronzeville and the adjacent lakefront areas.

Commander Harris showed up on Steve Cochrane's morning show on WLS AM890 to brag about his

leadership and crime reductions. He reduced crime more than 40% he said.

And Cochrane was completely gullible, naive, trusting, credulous. Credulous is defined

in the dictionary as having or showing too great a readiness to believe things.
