Hi. Hi everyone. So I got really lucky getting into food. I actually started out in advertising.

I was an advertising copywriter when I was, that's what I went to school for.

And I fired from my job and I wanted to spend the summer on unemployment and hang out and play with my friends.

And my sister said that probably wouldn't be a great idea. And I have it. There's a restaurant down for me, and we were in New York City at the time that needs a cook.

Why don't you go get the job?

So I thought, okay, let me go try.

I had done some catering and I had been, you know, I had a little bit of cooking experience,

not a lot.

I took this job, I got it, and I just took to it immediately

and just loved the atmosphere, the people. I fit in with a bunch of other misfits, and it was just a perfect
