where we put down our worries from the day and pick up a good book.

It is wonderful to be here with you tonight.

This evening, we are returning to the Charwoman's daughter.

But before we open our book,

just take some time to relax and unwind.

Starting with your toes, work your way up your body, squeezing and relaxing your muscles as you go to release any excess tension.

Up your legs, to your glutes, your hands, your arms, then your back and shoulders,

working your way up to your head,

making sure you don't forget your facial muscles.

Once you're there, you should feel much more relaxed.

To clear your mind, let's take some deep breaths.

Inhale deeply, collecting together all your worries and concerns from the day.

And now exhale, letting them all go.

Let's do that again.

Inhale and exhale repeat this as many times as you need and try to focus on the sound of my voice
