That's something we often say when we're talking about the Trump presidency or Donald Trump in general.

But yes, this is the third indictment of a former American president who is his party's leading candidate to run again for the White House.

And this indictment is probably the most consequential of them all, certainly in terms of the magnitude of the allegations.
