Waiting. When we find ourselves living in a season of waiting, it can be frustrating.

We may struggle to keep our patience and want to try to make things happen on our own.

We may even go to God and ask him, when are you going to answer this prayer?

No matter how long the wait, God always has a good plan at the right time.

Today, Joyce wants to encourage us that choosing to trust him in those waiting times

will prepare us for when God's answers do come.

When you forgive, you're not doing your enemy a favor.

You're helping yourself.

I wrote a book on forgiveness, and I it, Do Yourself a Favor and Forgive.

We're helping ourselves when we obey God.

Everything that God tells us to do,

you say, but I just can't get over it.

Okay, maybe you can't get over the feelings right away,

but I'll tell you what will happen.

If you'll start to do what God tells you,

you start praying for the people that you're mad at and see how long you can hate them. Come on. You start

praying for them every day. You pray for them to be blessed. You pray for God to bless them. And if an

opportunity comes along and there's something they need and you can meet that need, you go meet that

need. Even if it gives your flesh can meet that need, you go meet that need.
