Very good for it. Thanks, that's great. Welcome me with that intro. That's nice intro. It's the first person. Thank you. You know man, you've been on this show. You've been on me and you have done a podcast together a hundred times and you've never been on RPP. It's always

been bodybuilding obelics. That's true. That's very true. So now instead of me

interrupting you every five minutes, this is your hour.

We're everyone we're going to learn, you know, everybody knows about the feet thing,

everybody knows about the inline skating, everybody knows about the toast and butter, but there's so much

we don't know. So this is your hour buddy. We're going to dig into it.

Let's start with the most important part you just crushed

listen it you did something really really amazing and it's not just because you want a show because you know guys win shows all the time and

you know winning an IFPB show is is it's not an easy thing to do but it

happens all the time right what you did though was you said something a year ago and you set out a goal and you said

this is what I'm going to do and you literally showed us your progress and tracked

everything all the way through the year and it's not often that

you see somebody do exactly what they say they're going to do.

And I think that's actually to me anyway more impressive than or what makes the win more

impressive than it already is you know what I mean? Yeah cool. Yeah that is funny actually
