And one of the things I had to shed was the idea that this is just my vision.

I had to share that because you can share the vision and they can buy into the vision and actually love it as much as you.

Like, I have no doubt in my mind that Jose understands the vision just as much as me.

Now, the thing about it is because it's my vision, it keeps on expanding.

And he doesn't have to keep up with the expansion of my vision because I know he's bought

into the vision.

So those are some, it may be one of the same, but it's not.

You know what I'm saying?

Growing in one area and shedding that, another area is two different things.

And because one of the things you'll hear people say all the time is,

it ain't their vision.

They ain't going to see it like you do.

Well, if you do a great job explaining to people what the vision is,

then now they can buy into the vision,

and then they can be really strong at what they do at helping you build

the vision.
