Hello everyone, welcome to the Challenge USA where I have put podcasts for episode 9.

I am Brian Cone, you're the, as always, my close Alex, how are you?

I'm slightly torn because I have no idea what I just watched. We're recording right after the

episode. And I'm torn because half of me is like, wow, I wish I had a day to digest the episode

in the strategy and think about it. And half of me is thrilled that I never have to think about

this episode ever again, uh, after this podcast.

How are you? Yeah, it's a little good, it's a little chaotic. Uh, but the first half was like,

I thought it was very fun vibes. And then it got very, uh, confusing when we got down to like

the needy curtey, who was going to go in and how it was going to happen. But uh, it was a

fun episode. I thought I mean, a lot more strategic thinking than we typically would see on

the challenge. So this was like really getting a down deep there. I don't think it's more strategic

than what we would see on the challenge normally. I'm frustrated because to me, it was

good strategy talk. And like, maybe Angela is the best strategist, uh, we've seen on the

challenge ever because watching people make moves when they're in power that are against their

better interests, like just to get right to it. I am so frustrated with Dezi this episode.

Like I just cannot believe the outcome that occurred. And I am profoundly frustrated.

So it's tough because she's really coming in just to jump right to it with the decision of

them, not really throwing in Angela or Alyssa. Dan is coming in with all the cards. Like we don't

know exactly how it would have gone down if they had tied. But based off precedent, the likely

scenario is that Dezi could be putting her game at risk. So Danny, like, is a freeball for him.

He could just push this whatever he wants with no risk because he knows he's safe. So for Dezi,

she really is really packed up against the corner. And I think she ends up making the right move

...
