Hello everyone, welcome back to the challenge USA we have a podcast for episode eight. I am Brian. Don't

give me as always my close Alex. Hi, are you? I am good. I am back from vacation. Not well-rested,

but back. How are you? I'm good. Not yet. Not well-rested, but back still here. Ready to go. Holding it down,

I mean, listen, Kudos to you. Kirsten was right about many things that she said on the podcast

last week, but one thing she was right about is not that I wouldn't have invited her on,

but I definitely wouldn't have invited on a three-person podcast. So Kudos to you for going out of

your way to do a three-person podcast. Yeah, you know, it was it was a very dux. I think it's the first

time I've ever done has two people on without you and it was a very odd experience. I had I felt

like a quarterback like trying to like take things. I normally don't like having that much responsibility

in the podcast. I like just showing up here just speaking to you. It was a lot of responsibility. I

was like preparing beforehand. I'm like, okay, I got to be sure that guiding conversation,

these are the questions. It was a lot. I don't know how Rob does like four people, five people

podcast, but like one-on-one is my specialty, which isn't saying much, but that's where my specialty is.

Yeah, I would love for some of that energy to spill over. You're like, I prepared before. Well,

what do you normally do? I don't know, like I mentally just like got to zone even more.

No, I mean, look, I'm on the record and it's an unpopular opinion. People think I don't like

like I it's just it's harder, but it was great. It didn't show that the extra effort made it

seamless and Jenny and Kerson were great guests. Thank you for doing that and thanks to them

for for showing up. A lot of great subs for me this season. Yeah, no, it's been a fun season.

This is like the reset. I feel like this episode of the season like going forward. It's a whole new

format where you're kind of preparing everyone for this going in that like expect things to change.
