I haven't had to do an intro in a hot minute, but Brian not being here.

The one bright side is that we get to be joined by a friend of mine, friend of the podcast, challenge expert, Johnny

Langen. Johnny, I am so happy to be talking to you. I'm back. What a treat. What a thrill. What a

moment. It's been a minute, Allie. Thanks for having me.

It's been, it's been a minute. I did want to look to see how long it has been. And I think

according to a rapid website.com, you last joined us for Total Madness in June 2020. Does that

sound about right? Girl, that is accurate. I reported that podcast.

It was peak pandemic. I was hold up with my ex in my boss's house. And you have me on for either

like these extreme episodes. That was what D getting formally canceled by the entire network of MTV or I'm there for like

CT eating cake like it's it's big or it's nothing um and again here I am again I mean that's kind

of the story of the challenge it's bigger it's nothing yeah this episode, it gave me a little bit of everything I wanted and in a season that's giving me hopefully more to come.

Well, let's talk about the whole season overall, right? Like where, where are you at? Are you so bad it's good? Are you waiting for more? What's your overall feeling on the season so far?
