I am Brian Cone and as always this is my co-host Alex here I how are you feeling full

how are you I think we're just talking about the challenge episode that was a full

feast we just had right there was it why no oh my god I thought that was a great

episode oh my god I thought they're like recording stop there's something I was like why

you said interesting well we'll talk about it but just to let people know why I sound like I'm

moving through quicksand it is 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving so just the levels that where we are

happy Thanksgiving how is your holiday holiday it was great great meal had a little bit of

leftovers and a little bit of dessert and yeah if I you know one of us falls asleep made

way through it's on the trip the pan trip the pan the river is called I would blame it on the

booze but maybe that's just on my end of this picture no wait you already had leftovers I'm a

little bit of Nash we like a five o'clock so that I had right before I had a couple of cookies

dessert thing I had a little bit of Nash from the fridge I didn't think a full full
