Anadea is an internationally acclaimed speaker and workshop leader, a yoga teacher,

psychotherapist, and author. She holds a doctorate in mind-body health and a master's in clinical

psychology. She's the author of such chakra classics as Wheels of Life and Eastern Body Western Mind

and the award-winning book Waking the Global Heart.
