We have a mailbag episode for you again, where we're going to be talking about the new

employee retention program, or as the new acronym is, the N-E-E-R-M-P, the new employee experience, retention, and mentorship program.

This is an episode we've wanted to do for a little while, but Mal and I weren't feeling like we could tackle it in the best way.

However, we figured out we we all already know a really cool OJI who's been on the CCA
