I have had a heavy heart since last week and I have really been soaking on the public

news of two well-known people in America taking their life.

8th spade, took her life unexpectedly, to most of those who we have seen in the news,

talking about her life.

Anthony Bourdain of CNN, travel all around the globe, loved to show, loved what he did,

and apparently he had struggled for a long, long time with depression and suicidal thoughts.

So not as a shock, I guess, to those who knew him well, regardless, two big stories on

suicide of very well-known people and just within days of each other.

You don't do what I do and not be profoundly affected by news like this because I can't

help but go deeper, and of course I'm sad just like all of us who hear the news, just
