I've mentioned this yesterday about Jaden Daniels and his continued evolution as a quarterback and talking to a bunch of coaches at the NFL owners meetings earlier this

month about just like from their experience, how do you build on how do you help a young

quarterback continue to evolve? Because the NFL is going to try and figure him out. So Daniel's

job and Washington's job is to help him continue to grow. I don't have any doubt that they're going to do that.

I think he is well equipped to do that in Washington.

I think with the staff, with the people they have around him, plus he has the right mindset and work ethic to then do his part to continue to grow.

But rest assured, the league's going to try and figure them out. So what are some tips that some of these other coaches, Sean McVey, Andy Reid,

you know, Mike McDaniel, Brandon Bean, the GM for the bills?

What have they learned along the way to help, you know,

to help a young quarterback continue to grow and develop?
