Hello again, I'm Armin Alney, and this is To the Point from Public Radio International.

The daily look at the issues Americans care about most.

Raymond Davis,

a CIA agent, sits in a Pakistani jail while the U.S. worries that even extraordinary security

might not keep him alive. The U.S. claims he killed two men in self-defense during an attempted

robbery. A Pakistani police report says one man was shot in the back. President Obama says Davis is entitled to diplomatic immunity,

but Pakistan's President Zadari is under public pressure to hang him for murder.

We'll look at a case that's revealed the extent of American spying

in an unstable nuclear power with increasingly tense relations with the United States.

On reporter's notebook later on, an update on Libya.
