I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

I guess we could call this tonight, police off the cuff late night.

But a lot of you guys are around at 10 o'clock at night, wherever you're coming from

different time zones.

Carolyn Grayston says the winds in Scotland are pounding the community 80, 90 miles an hour.

I hope she can stay safe there. Those are some high winds.

And wherever you guys are, I hope you're staying warm. There's been an awful cold spell.

I know in the northeast, I'm here down in Florida. It's not exactly warm, but you don't want to hear about it.

It's warmer than the northeast, that's for sure.

So Melissa still, I'm in British Columbia, Canada.

It's probably freezing there, too.

Cold.

Anyway, some goings on now in the Koeberger case, mostly procedural.

But we're all anxiously awaiting decisions of what's going on in that case.

And we've all, of course, been promised that the case is going to go this summer, 24.

That this horrific case is going to finally go to trial.

That the defendant Brian Coburger, who you see up on the screen there,

that's an earlier photo of him, is finally going to face the music

for the murders of the four Idaho students that we've gone, almost come to know too well.

And of course, want justice for them, Kaylee Gonsalves, Madison, M, Zana Kanoadl, and Ethan Chapin.

It's almost they become like our little brothers and sisters here.
