Basically, he has thyroid cancer, he's having surgery on his throat and we're really worried about where his voice might be next week and the week after week after that.

So we're doing some pre-production here, obviously it's a difficult time for a variety of reasons.

But the reason I wanted to mention this specifically this week is because we're talking about episode three of the case against a non-seid.

We do know there are other things going on in the world, such as the Curtis Flowers case in front of the Supreme Court, such as other true crime and legal developments that we typically would cover in real time.

But given what's going on with Kevin, we just really wanted to make sure we could get a show out for you.
