Here, the latest developments, now we know the stepbrother of Anna Kepner. He's now been charged

as an adult. He was indicted on first degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse and now has

been transferred to the adult system originally in the juvenile system.

It's really interesting because in federal court, the type of information that people on the

outside get is very minimal. So if a child is under the age of 18, generally they are charged as a youthful offender

no indication of what the indictment is. You have no indication of anything, any type of witnesses.
