0:47.0	Welcome, George. I think it might be infamously now, but it's an honor to be back. I'm so excited to be with you, Lance and everyone listening.

1:11.9	through caregiving. Absolutely. You know, George, it is the new year. All, you know, everybody sets
1:17.7	their New Year's resolutions. They have new hopes, new aspirations, you know, and even dreams.
1:23.8	But for caregivers, the caregiving doesn't stop just because it's a new year. But what it does
1:29.5	allow, I think, for some caregivers to do is to set goals for themselves and for their loved ones.
1:35.3	You know, one of the goals I think that is most crucially important, in my opinion, is really
1:40.4	getting the help and support from family and friends. Because often when you're a caregiver, and this is true in my case, because I was in my early 20s,
1:49.4	it can be a very isolating and lonely feeling.
1:53.2	And I don't know that age necessarily matters when you're a caregiver.
1:57.2	But for me, because of the age I was in my early 20s, my friends and peers,
2:03.4	they had no idea what I was going through.
